In the “Top 100 Sires”
list issued by the Canadian Angus Association every year, Master
Plan is the most used Red Angus bull in Canada for 2007! In 2003
he became the highest priced bull in Canadian Red Angus history at
$92,000,00 for 2/3 interest. He went to the syndicate called the
“Master Planner’s” consisting of 10 breeders across Canada, and
the 1/3 possession part to Red Rock & Beiseker Red Angus.
Master Plan’s dam is incredible as well. She sold in the 2006
“Tradition With A Vision” for Brylor Ranch at $31,000 becoming our
highest selling female ever and going to ALC & Graham’s. She just
had two Mulberry sired E.T. calves sell in “Tradition With A
Vision” ‘07 for $15,000 - a bull calf name Talisker to Alta
Genetics and a heifer calf named WSP Diette at $10,250.00 to
Walnut Springs.
Master Plan’s first heifer calf to sell commanded $12,000 in
“Tradition With A Vision” ‘05 and his first son was $8,000 in the
Ringstead ‘05 Bull Sale. Three gorgeous heifer calves at Red
Roundup 2006 commanded $5,000 each as the buyer swept the ring;
the first daughter to sell in the U.S. brought $4,900 at the Mile
High Sale in Denver 2008.
Apart from great genetics, superior calving ease, tremendous
haircoat and beautiful rich mahogany red color, Master Plan will
deliver very big buyer acceptability!
